The June Issue of Croquet Network is now available in print thanks to a new service called MagCloud. The initial copy that looks pretty sharp. In addition, MagCloud is offering a June special for 25% off base price -- meaning you can get this issue for $6.10 plus shipping and handling. Use the "DADGRAD" coupon code to get this discount.

The plan is to make all back issues available through MagCloud and to give more timely releases for print issues relative to the digital edition going forward. Full annual subscriptions are not yet available, but it is in the works.

Jim Bast has a wonderful remembrance of Jerry Stark posted on the front page of Croquet World Online. Excerpt:

"... the livestock and wildlife of rural Missouri would be subjected to four or five hundred people from seven or eight different states who would mow down a farmer's field (with permission), set up between ten and twenty nine-hoop croquet courts, drive in their campers or pitch their tents and throw a two or three day tournament."

The Croquet Association website reports that England won the Home Internationals with a perfect 3-0 record. The team association croquet competition includes England, Wales, Scotland and Ireland.

The Australian Croquet Association recently announced that Ms Gail Farr has been appointed to the position of Executive Director. She will replace Maree Skinner.
