The 2026 Mallet Series Tour schedule continues to expand with the addition of major tournaments representing both American Six-Wicket and Golf Croquet competition across the United States. Among the featured events on the 2026 calendar is the Indian Territory Open in Tulsa, Oklahoma, which joins the tour as an American Six-Wicket event scheduled for Memorial Day weekend. The tournament, which runs May 22-25, has become one of the region’s most established competitive events and strengthens the tour’s multi-code structure.
The final two teams have named their squads for the 2026 MacRobertson Shield, with both Australia and New Zealand confirming the six-player teams that will compete this summer in England in one of the sport’s most prestigious international events.
The 2026 Golf Croquet World Championship will be held in Cairo, Egypt, from Nov. 21–29, with the opening ceremony scheduled for Nov. 20. The tournament field will be capped at 80 players. A qualifying event will take place Nov. 14–18 for players seeking to earn a place in the main draw.
The Croquet Foundation of America has announced a leadership transition, with David McCoy stepping down as Chairman of the Board as part of the organization’s succession plan. A new slate of officers took office on March 18, 2026, including Nancy Sansalone as President, John Bannister as Vice President, Donald Allison as Treasurer, and Allison Worthington as Secretary.
Following a sellout within eight hours of the tournament announcement, the 2026 US Golf Croquet Classic has expanded to 24 players. The event is set for June 12-14 in Denver, Colorado. Matches will be played across two Denver venues, including Washington Park, home of the Denver Croquet Club, and the Denver Country Club.
The United States Croquet Association is pleased to introduce the official logo that will represent its 2027 Semicentennial celebration, marking fifty years of organized croquet in America. Founded in 1977, the United States Croquet Association established a national governing body for croquet in the United States, developing standardized rules, handicapping systems, national championships and a growing network of affiliated clubs across the country.
The Buffalo Croquet Club will once again host its annual croquet tournament at Delaware Park in Buffalo, New York, bringing together players from across North America for a four-day competition scheduled for July 30-Aug. 2, 2026.
