The 2024 Rockfish Golf Croquet Tournament is set to take place from July 4 to July 7, 2024 at the Chesapeake Bay Croquet Club in Harfield, Virginia.
Hosted amidst the vibrant festivities of the Blue Crab Arts and Crafts Festival, the event offers two USCA sanctioned tournaments in one, with players having the opportunity to engage in singles or doubles, or both.
Entry Details:
Entry Fees: $65 for either doubles or singles, or $120 for both events.
Players sporting whites are encouraged to add $60 to their entry fees.
Deadline for registration: June 27, 2024.
Location: The tournament venue is located at 1860 Twiggs Ferry Rd., Hartfield, VA 23071, promising picturesque surroundings and ample space for an unforgettable sporting experience.
Social and Dining Experience: While the focus remains on the thrill of competition, players can also indulge in the culinary delights and social atmosphere of the festival. Lunch orders will be catered by the club each day, and participants are invited to join optional Dutch treat dinner outings to local restaurants each evening.
Tournament Schedule:
Wednesday: Practice sessions and 5pm Doubles player briefing.
Thursday: Doubles play commences.
Friday: Doubles playoffs ensure everyone plays at least 2 rounds, with play concluding in the afternoon.
Saturday: Singles play kicks off.
Sunday: Singles playoffs guarantee everyone plays at least 2 rounds, with play concluding in the afternoon.
CBCC Croquet Dress Code: Colors are preferred. Players wearing whites please add $60.
