The United States Croquet Association (USCA) has officially announced the launch of the first-ever Women’s A6W National Championship, marking a significant milestone in the expansion of competitive opportunities for women in American Rules croquet. The championship will take place February 19-22, 2026, at the National Croquet Center in West Palm Beach, Florida.
The event will be directed by Jeff Soo, with Eileen Soo serving as Tournament Referee. Players and spectators can purchase breakfast each day, while lunch is included with the tournament entry fee.
Competition will feature two singles flights, Championship Flight and First Flight, with the option to add a doubles competition depending on total entries. Championship Flight is open to all competitors, while First Flight is reserved for players with a 2.5 handicap or higher. Awards will be presented to both the winner and the finalist, and a perpetual trophy commemorating the championship will be displayed permanently at the National Croquet Center.
To help organizers estimate participation, players are encouraged to join the event waitlist for the flight they wish to enter. While the tournament portal may appear full, registration remains open through the waitlist process.
