The World Croquet Federation (WCF) has officially opened the recruitment process for a new Secretary-General. The position will become available on September 1, 2025, allowing for a planned four-month handover period before current Secretary-General Debbie Lines retires at the end of the year.

The WCF Management Committee invites interested candidates to submit applications or inquiries by July 15, 2025. To ensure a strong and informed applicant pool, the committee strongly encourages prospective candidates to speak with individuals familiar with the WCF and its operations. Both Lines and current Management Committee members have made themselves available to discuss the role and answer any questions.

In an important note, the WCF is currently undergoing a structural transition to become a limited company. However, this process is not expected to materially impact the job specification or recruitment timeline.
